Development of National website for
Life Sciences in Sweden
We saw a gap in the Swedish Life Science brand since there was no national English website. The first property of the Swedish National office for Life Sciences Strategy is “structure for collaboration”, so I knew that this was a starting point to enable this to happen.
Features and benefits of website include:-
• Interactive website with a chat bot
• Interactive map which shows where the life science clusters are in Sweden.
• Getting the whole of the Swedish Life Sciences ecosystem to be able to meet in a neutral place.
• Enabling the international life sciences community to engage with the Swedish Life Science ecosystem.

Potter Clarkson
Potter Clarkson is a leading European, full-service, intellectual property law firm which aims to help organisations and individuals across all sectors of business to understand, create, protect and defend the commercial value of their innovations anywhere in the world through intellectual property rights.
I began working with Potter Clarkson back in 2017, when the firm needed help identifying potential new business opportunities within the Swedish life sciences sector.
As well as creating a detailed report of relevant business opportunities and their geographical locations, I also helped organise set up events in the Stockholm region, including a VIP evening at The Hotel Diplomat, with both for current and potential clients in attendance.
Over the last three and a half years, I have attended a host of networking events and meetings on behalf of Potter Clarkson and organised meetings with potential clients, resulting in a number of instructions being won.
Endovab
Founded in 2009 and based in Uppsala, Sweden, Endovab is a developer of innovative endovascular tools intended to improve vascular treatments. The company's tools are developed by assembling devices with a guidewire and a fixator for attaching to blood vessels, enabling researchers to improve treatments within the field of endovascular surgery.
I began working with the Endovab team when they came to me for assistance with developing a sales strategy that would increase awareness of their new product, and for help with establishing a network in Europe.
Through making contact and building relationships with surgeons across Europe who were aware of Endovab’s work, I compiled a list of top-rated distributors. I also created a much-needed CRM system to provide Endovab with a visual sales deal flow.
As well as establishing a distributor network, I also put the team in touch with a contact of mine who has strong links to investors in the US. He then came on board to provide guidance on specific techniques that could enable Endovab to create a more tailored company strategy and story that investors would respond to.
ReSitu
Resitu Medical AB is a Swedish Medical Device company founded in 2019 that is committed to the development of instruments that improve the social aspects of surgical intervention. The technical solution currently in development will positively impact the way radiologists and surgeons work in the diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer.
When Resitu needed help communicating clearly with surgeons and radiologists about what its technology is, the company turned to me.
I now work with the Resitu team to help develop the company’s overall marketing communications. This includes organising and overseeing interviews with prospective surgeons and radiologists for market research purposes, helping to explore current technology and opportunities in the field.
After the company received the EIT Health Headstart grant, I also helped Resitu to communicate the good news to the press. The grant will be used to support the company in realising its next steps for market launch, and my role in this next phase will involve interviewing and gathering information about what the market needs.
